Transportation Changes for your child
During the school day:
You may fill out a form on our link on the front page which will alert us to the change. Please make sure you follow up your email with a phone call immediately to (850) 934-5160. This is to ensure receipt of your request by the appropriate parties. It also serves to verify the identity of you, the custodial parent/guardian. **If you do not confirm via phone, your child will be sent home the normal way.** We accept dismissal changes up until 2:00 PM.
For student safety, your email must come from the email that the school has on record and must include:
* Your full name/relationship to child
* Child’s full name
* Child’s grade and teacher’s name
* Child’s normal mode of transportation
*Details of new method of transportation including: dates valid, who/where (bus #, daycare name, or car rider line).
Please be very specific as to dates and destinations, including exact street addresses and bus number. For example, “grandma’s house” is not a sufficient address identifier. For more information, please consult the Parent-Student handbook or call the office.
When your child must miss school....
If you are sending a written note, be sure to include the following:
1. Student's full name
2. Name of the homeroom teacher
3. Date(s) of the absence(s)
4. Reason for the absence.
