Report cards:

Student report cards are published on the FOCUS parent portal after the end period throughout the school year. When a student or parent logs into the

student/parent portal, the report card information appears on the Reports tab. Student/Parent can select to Download Report Card to view the report

card in a PDF print preview screen.

1. Visit the FOCUS Parent Portal and log in using your username and password.

2. Once logged in, make sure the appropriate school year is selected from the menu in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Your student(s) name will be listed on the right half of the page. Below there is a list of tabs. Click the tab labeled Reports.

4. In the Reports section, you will find a list of all available student reports. Click Report ​Card report and it will open in a new window for you to view.

Step 1 Go to the Santa Rosa School District website: https://www.santarosa.k12.fl.us/ 


Step 2 Open the FOCUS Parent Portal page: https://santarosa.focusschoolsoftware.com/focus/auth/



​Step 3  Once logged into FOCUS, at the bottom of the first screen highlight the grades tab.  There you will see

the grades listed. 
By clicking on the subject, you will be able to view the grade. Once you click the grade under

the grades column, you will be directed to the Grades (Assignments) page. 
At the top, you can navigate through

all the classes that your student is enrolled in during the semester.  
​Scroll down and the Assignments are listed.

ESSA Annual Report 

​The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) requires that school districts

provide parents with annual state, district, and school status reports to

include but not limited to the following: student achievement,

accountability, and subgroup data.


The FDOE uses data to produce readily accessible school and district

report cards, providing transparent information to all stakeholders. The

district report card specifically reports on progress toward

transitioning students from one level (elementary, middle, high) to the

next and also reports graduation data. To reach this data, click on the

Does your child qualify?

House Bill 3 has come to life!  Starting this December, registered students

will receive a FREE book delivered to their doorstep, and deliveries will

continue throughout the school year on a monthly basis
. Parents can
